Thoroughly enjoyed good location of the hotel. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Colclough Pond. We had a brand-new queen room with a microwave and refrigerator and fresh towels.

I had a really pleasant time enjoying the comfy bed and the quiet atmosphere in my King Room. The pool area was a great spot to unwind after a long day, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

The location was really convenient for grabbing snacks and setting up shop. The check-in process was quick and easy. It was nice to have a room that was a king non-smoking, spacious enough for us to stretch out. I appreciated the clean look of the common areas.

Everything was good, absolutely perfect location in the neighborhood of 40 mile a hour in the parking lot, the staff were understanding. Location: the hotel was next to great restaurants and bars, bars and Florida. Had tea and goodies at Chopstix Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the venue...

The bed in my king room was surprisingly comfortable. I appreciated the quick check-in process. The housekeeping staff were responsive to my requests.
There was no redeeming quality of the stay.

Had a blast with friends here! We visited a vibrant college-town atmosphere and loved the affordable attractions nearby. The rooms were comfy with microwaves and fridges, and the location was perfect for our plans. Just so you know, the breakfast was light with pastries and coffee, so grab breakfast elsewhere if you can. Would definitely recommend for a fun group getaway!
One downside was that the housekeeping seemed a bit inconsistent. We experienced some cleanliness issues, which could be improved.

The state of cleanliness was downright alarming. Stained walls, sticky floors, and a lingering odor of cigarettes dominated the first room, and switching rooms didn't help much either with odors riddled in both. The furnishings looked like they hadn't been updated in ages, and I didn't dare try the TV since it seemed like a relic from the past. The lack of maintenance, especially in the bathrooms.
